This Slow Burning Passion recipe for Maghmour, the Lebanese version of Moussaka, is a sumptuous eggplant and chickpea stew that will truly, in the chef's own words, "make you happy"...Enjoy!

 

Tidbit: If you don't have mint, add a teaspoon of cinnamon and cumin. Also adjust the amount of cayenne pepper to your taste.
