Zucchini Bread

It's always fun to take something you wouldn't normally think of as dessert-appropriate and turn it into a delicious treat. This is standard operating procedure for zucchini bread...a distinctive vegetable that makes for a sweet slice with just a little added brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Sally's Baking Addiction has the ticket with this delicious recipe. Bake it as a loaf or in muffin tins, and add in chocolate chips or nuts for added flavor and delight!
